I loved the friendly staff and locals. The cleanliness, the spa tub, jacuzzi, pool, and workout room. Room 106 is the best, it's close to everything: parking, ice, elevator, lobby etc. The breakfast was awesome with so many choices if goodies to eat. It wasn't loud and only 14 minutes to the nearest beach. I'm definitely returning. Please don't change

We stayed in a 2 bedroomed suite at the rear of the hotel and whilst we suffered some neighbor noise from the room upstairs in the early evenings it was generally quiet. The breakfast was good, choice of fruit, porridge, waffles ,bacon etc. Tea and coffee were on tap in the lobby area & freshly made cookies were available in the afternoon. The pool was warm but generally busy with children as we visited during spring break. Capitola beach does get very busy with parking & traffic so the Inn, whilst not beach front ,is convenient as it is a 15 minute walk to the beach area.

It was a great location and very nice property! The pool and hot tub were very nice as was the breakfast. The room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows. The fresh baked cookies at check in were amazing!

The room on the 2nd floor was nice. It was very quiet. Checkout was smooth. Bathroom was adequate, although not very attractive and a slow bathtub drain. The outside appearance of the hotel was nice. We were not ashamed to have somebody pick us up.

I booked this hotel for convenience since I booked a fishing boat for fishing. Breakfast is great, lots of choices. The room is comfy and clean. and the location for me is so great, just about a 15-minute drive from the hotel. There is a shopping mall just a couple of minutes away too. If you go to the beach, probably 5 -8 minutes drive. We will book it again if we go fishing here again.

Cute decor, friendly staff, very clean, close to the beat of Capitola. Comfortable beds. Very quiet!

Great location, tons of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores close by. Comfortable room and good shower. A couple of EV fast chargers in the parking lot, which was super useful. Friendly receptionists and a delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies was given to us during the check-in, nice touch. Good breakfast, with cheese omelette and a variety of yogurts, bread, granola, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruits, milk and coffee.

Shawna the night desk lady was such a kind supportive person for our family that was there to be close to a family member having a medical emergency and was at Dominican hospital. She greeted us , helped us with things at all hours of the evening with kindness and a kind word. All the staff were very nice and very accommodating.

I love this hotel and come back often, as my daughter is in college in Santa Cruz. Everything was wonderful as far as the property goes. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Everything. Breakfast did exceed my expectations - great choices and efficiently refilled hot trays. Room was roomy - but I knew that from the square footage quoted. Oh, and it was so quiet. We never heard doors banging as one often does in hotels.
